Our role and service scope

Goodwin Infra provides property consultancy and coordination support across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. Depending on the agreed engagement, this may include buyer advisory, seller representation, property management, document coordination, investment research, and operational reporting.

Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement, Goodwin Infra is not the property owner, developer, buyer, tenant, lender, insurer, government authority, legal adviser, tax adviser, engineer, architect, or licensed valuation professional. A property transaction remains between the relevant parties.

Property information and availability

Listings, prices, areas, photographs, availability, location descriptions, expected returns, rental information, and property status may be supplied by owners or other sources and can change without notice.

• A website listing is not a binding offer, promise, warranty, or reservation.
• Images may represent the property, locality, service context, or an illustrative example.
• Price labels and estimates do not include every tax, registration charge, maintenance cost, professional fee, or transaction expense unless expressly stated.
• Availability remains subject to confirmation with the relevant owner or authorized party.

Independent verification and professional advice

You are responsible for carrying out appropriate legal, financial, tax, technical, physical, planning, title, approval, and measurement checks before making a property decision.

Our document-coordination service helps organize records and professional follow-up; it is not a legal opinion, title certificate, engineering report, government approval, or guarantee that a property is free from risk. Where specialist judgment is required, use a suitably qualified independent professional.

Your responsibilities

When using the website or engaging with us, you agree to:

• Promptly correct material information that becomes inaccurate or incomplete.
• Use lawful funds, documents, communications, and instructions.

Enquiries and communications

Submitting an enquiry authorizes us to respond using the contact details you provide. An automated acknowledgement, call, message, property discussion, or site visit does not by itself create an exclusive agency, paid consultancy engagement, fiduciary relationship, or transaction commitment.

You are responsible for checking that communications genuinely come from an authorized Goodwin Infra contact before sending money or confidential records. We do not ask users to place payments through the public enquiry form.

Engagements, fees, and third parties

Service scope, deliverables, timelines, fees, taxes, reimbursements, payment milestones, cancellation terms, and any exclusivity must be agreed separately where applicable. A signed proposal, mandate, work order, or service agreement will prevail over these website terms for that engagement if the documents conflict.

Third-party professionals and vendors may have separate fees and terms. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, their work remains their responsibility and Goodwin Infra does not guarantee a third party's availability, conduct, report, or decision.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

Website text, design, branding, logos, layout, and original materials belong to Goodwin Infra or their respective licensors. You may view and use the website for personal or internal evaluation of our services.
